Porter Sneak Peek {Thompsontown, Pa} Family Photographer

Of course it started to rain when we were driving to this family’s session.  But we soldiered on and got some AMAZING pictures!  Like, so amazing you can’t even tell we were being rained on! 🙂

Sometimes a boy just needs a tractor break… (and I’m totally okay with that…)

This is when I discovered it was not wise to try to get the boy’s attention by holding their football over my head saying I was going to throw it to them… (still an adorable photo!!!)

And my favorite…  if you look closely, it looks like Shawn is levitating… lol!I had so much fun shooting this session… Not only because I got to shoot in the rain (which was really fun!), and the wonderful family… but also because we were surrounded with such beautiful scenery!!! Sweitzer Sneak Peek {Newport, Pa} Family Photographer

Last year I had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful family.  We got some really great pictures.  But this year…. Leah rocked it.  Just look below at her (and her parents) awesome-ness….

Oh, and she loved sneezing the bunny off of her head…. Thanks so much for spending the afternoon with me, guys!  I had such a great time!  And I seriously can’t believe how big Leah is getting!  ❤

{Christmas Mini Sessions} Mifflintown, Pa

I’m so excited to be doing Christmas Mini Sessions again this year!  However, this year we are doing something a bit different.  If you bring a donation for the Juniata County Food Pantry, I will give you a free 8×10 (of your choice) from your session.  I think it is so important that we come together as a community and help out those in need.  I spoke with the director of the Food Pantry and got a list of current needs which you can find below.  Obviously, any donation will be accepted but those are the most needed items.

If donating food, please ensure that the item is well within it’s expiration date.  If you already have a Christmas session scheduled elsewhere or are just wanting to donate, please contact me at info@katiebingamanphotography.com.

Fall Mini Sessions Sneak Peek {Millerstown, Pa} Family & Children’s Photographer

First and foremost, thank you to Brummer’s Happy Breeze Farm in Millerstown for allowing us to hold our mini sessions at their location.  It was the PERFECT spot for our minis!!!  If you haven’t before, make sure you swing by there and pick your own pumpkin in their pumpkin patch.  They also have a crazy corn maze!

Secondly, thank you to all of the families who braved the heat… I know it was tough to think of “Fall” family photos when it was 86 degrees… This fall has been crazy!!!

Leister Sneak Peek {Mifflintown, Pa} Horse Session

Talk about something new and exciting!  I’ve never had someone request having their horse in their session.  I was SOOO excited for it… And while I discovered horses can be like little toddlers, they won’t respond the same to a purple bunny being sneezed off your head…. 😉 What an AMAZING afternoon… Ashley really took the time to teach me a lot about her horses (even prior to her session) and she really made the whole process so easy for me…

I had an absolutely wonderful time!!!! Thanks Ashley!!

Schlegel Sneak Peek {Mifflintown, Pa} Dance Photographer

I was SO excited when I was contacted to do this shoot.  I was a dancer for ten years and, while I never was “the best” at it, I really enjoyed it…  (and I gotta say, I did make the cutest little eskimo…) I also got to break out my lighting and get super creative for this shoot…

I really did have so much fun this afternoon…

I was really inspired by this session… I have a few things in the works here and hope to share them with everyone soon!  Be on the lookout… (no, I’m not getting back into dancing… I prefer to keep both feet solid on the ground as I’ve turned into the biggest klutz…) 😉

Fodor Sneak Peek {Mifflintown, Pa} Children’s Photographer

Oh my goodness…. let me first start with how talented Roman’s mommy is… Look at this ADORABLE sign she made for his session… It’s been a few weeks since his session and I still am amazed by how creative she is!!!

Roman did an AMAZING job.  Especially considering it was 80ish degrees out and he was wearing fall clothing… we were NOT expecting it to be THAT warm.  He was SUCH a trooper!  Roman’s cake was made by his aunt…. and again, how talented is this family!!!???  He really enjoyed his cake smash, and I really enjoyed spending the afternoon with him.  Cannot believe a year has passed already!

Martin Sneak Peek {Mifflintown, Pa} Senior Photographer

It was so much fun running around with this senior and her mom!  She is truly beautiful inside and out… and she made my job so easy!

Austin Sneak Peek {Mifflintown, Pa} Family Photographer

What a beautiful day for fall pictures!!! (I’m all about warm weather and still being able to enjoy the fall leaves!)  We ventured out to Little Buffalo State Park and what a beautiful backdrop for these family pictures…

 

By the end of the session, she had collected rocks, sticks, twigs (oh, and grass stains… she’s quite the adorable tom boy…)
